Welcome to CARWASH PARTNERS 1-3, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our vehicle cleaning services at our Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida locations. By visiting our facility, using our contact form, or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Services

CARWASH PARTNERS 1-3, LLC provides professional, eco-friendly automotive cleaning and detailing services, including but not limited to: Exterior Wash, Full Wash, and Eco-Wash. All services are performed using commercially reasonable care, industry-standard premium equipment, and biodegradable cleaning agents. We reserve the right to decline service if a vehicle presents safety hazards, severe structural damage, or hazardous material contamination.

2. Booking & Ordering Process

• Walk-Ins: Our wash bays are open 24/7. Walk-in customers are served in order of arrival, subject to bay availability.
• Email Requests: Inquiries submitted through our website contact form are reviewed promptly. A service quote and preferred time will be provided via email.
• On-Site Confirmation: Before any work begins, our technician will assess your vehicle's condition, confirm the selected package, and provide a final price. Work commences only after your verbal or written approval.
• Modifications/Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or modify your request, please notify us via email as soon as possible. Fees already incurred for started work are non-refundable.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are provided upon request and are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing is determined on-site based on vehicle size, condition, level of soiling, and any additional treatments required. Published service descriptions on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute binding quotes. Payment is due in full upon completion of service via cash or major credit/debit cards. We do not offer post-service invoicing unless a prior corporate fleet agreement is in place.

4. Limitation of Liability & Vehicle Disclaimer

While we exercise meticulous care during all cleaning processes, CARWASH PARTNERS 1-3, LLC is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, paint defects, rust, loose trim, or aftermarket modifications (e.g., wraps, custom decals, aftermarket spoilers) that were not disclosed prior to service.
• Mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions or water ingress in compromised seals/windows.
• Personal items left inside the vehicle. We recommend removing all valuables and belongings before service. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. Florida law governs all service-related liabilities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of CARWASH PARTNERS 1-3, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent from Jeff Kinkead is strictly prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding mediation in Sarasota County, Florida. Should mediation fail, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie with the state and federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

7. Accuracy of Information & Advertising Compliance

In compliance with Florida consumer protection regulations, we strive to ensure all information on this website is accurate, clear, and not misleading. Service descriptions, operating hours, and contact details are maintained regularly. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or website feature at any time without notice. Temporary closures due to maintenance, weather events, or public health advisories will be communicated via our contact email or on-site signage.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, or improvements to our services.
